The introduction is a very important article about Ho Chi MInh's internationalism and support of black revolutionaries written by none other than Dr. Gerald Horne and Anthony Ballas. The appendices also include about 30 pages of primary sources and supplementary material related to self-critique and historical development of socialism in Vietnam.

We have also begun raising funds for the translation and annotation of Part 3: Political Economy. Please consider supporting our fundraiser at this link so we can make the ebook available for free under Creative Commons license. We anticipate that this will take between two and three years of work so your support is much needed and much appreciated.
